About me:
Hello. My name is Mr.Red! I'm small, red and round! I'm new to the city and need a bit of help finding my way around Greater Manchester.

I'm very outgoing and enjoy meeting new people. I love surfing the net, going to bars, gigs, the cinema and shopping with my mates. I'm looking to meet some funky, young people along the way to paint the town red!

I can't live without my ipod, laptop and mobile phone! My greatest passion is travelling so if you see me bouncing around the streets, come and say hi!!

I constantly get people coming over and asking me for my autograph as I have been told I look like a Space Hopper! It's very flattering to look like one of my childhood icons!

At the moment I’m working to encourage all of you motorists to get out of your cars and free up the roads, I want you to try the wondrous public transport links available within the Greater Manchester area? Thus I would love for you to join me in promoting “In Town Without My Car Day”, catchy isn’t it! You get the message though. In Town Without My Car Day is held annually on 22nd September and is promoted to remind people about the opportunities for using public transport in order to get to work, go shopping, get to the football, enjoy a night out, or simply to make the most of leisure time. The System One DaySaver for example offers a ticket to all that Greater Manchester has to offer, by enabling passengers to travel on any bus (peak and off-peak), or any combination of bus, train or tram – which have just had a beautiful revamp for your comfort - (off-peak only) to reach their destination.
