It took me several years to figure out what I was meant to do in this world. All of my prior experiences led to a decision to teach. I have taught for 6 years in a regular education classroom with 1st and 7th grade students. My current assignment is teaching 7th grade literature.

I received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Ottawa University. I will graduated with a Masters of Education in Curriculum Instruction and Design in the fall of 2006.

I has been married for 17 years to a wonderful man, Evo Terra, and have one perfect child, NJ. Although I have lived a great many places for the present time I call Cottonwood, AZ home.

My hobbies include a love of bugs and nature, reading, photography, skiing, hockey, white water rafting, and hiking. I have taken up jewelry making and currently has a piece in a gallery in Sedona, AZ. I absolutely loves to travel and see all the different cultures throughout this wonderful world. Currently residing in my house are a cat and dog and any other animal I can find (much to Evo’s dismay).
well, we've been doing the same as always. But, did you know that 7th grade was my favorite year? I think it was cause of you...anyways, we have two language classes...but one is more of a reading (ms.Heal) she is weird. she kinda walks like a dinosaur. hahaha...anyways...science is BORINGGGGGG....just another math class. and in math its not hard, its just that when tests come, i think i go too fast, and mess up....so i have a D....not good. i've been trying to slow down and i've made it to where i can stretch it to the end of the hour, but i still miss like 3 of them. out of eight. with each of them 2-4 points....not good at all. but mr jacobs is totally sweet. he lets us have paper fights. with our AR sheets haha. he doesnt think we should have to do AR and the other team doesnt. so when mr russel comes in and theres ripped up AR papers on the floor, i think he understands a little more each time. we're having lots of partys in school. lots. pizza, candy, soda, tamales....., and lots of other stuff. for no reason. and mr russel comes in and eats with us. i'm glad to tell you that i havent been to the office, or alc, ONCE this year. i'm proud. last year i went a ton...but all my mrs g. hows your year goin?
HI MRS UNWIN!!!!!! we miss you lots and lots! wish you'd come back! mrs. earls has your old room. this year is pretty lame...i thought it was gonna be fun. just a replay of like...fifth grade. i'm so glad you did the word master thing with us last year! we have mostly all of those words for our vocab everyweek! i feel smart =D i hope you're having fun!!!
