Interests

  • General

I want to learn about the world and discover original and unusual things in it.

I am an artist who loves to create hats out of yarn; I crochet them. I am interested in beautiful things, good ideas, intelligent discussions, laughter, music, dancing to music live, dancing for fun, dancing at drum circles and tree-climbing (though I haven't done much recently).

Photography, writing and hand-stands are also of interest to me. I wish to study Truth. I like the idea of a divine, incorporeal God, the idea taught by Mary Baker Eddy. I also avidly studied Medieval Astrology for a number of years, but found it depressing when accurate.

  • Music

    Always love the P Funk.

Naked of Woodstock is great. Pink Floyd was my high school trance. Beastie Boys and Jim Morrison were my 'musical companions,' if you will, 15 years ago in college.

Lovewhip can get me to dance for hours straight.

Johnny Cash has rightfully taken his place as King.

  • Movies

I am Legend. Harry Potter series. Lord of the Ring series. Lots and lots more. I got flooded with dvd viewings by my girlfriend.
  • Television

NCIS, Jericho, Alias, Nova, and other stuff. I rarely watch it, though. I have watched a number of episodes of Desperate Housewives, simply because I was sitting on a couch with my girlfriend and that's what she was watching. That's how I ended up seeing so much Sex In The City — my ex-wife used to watch them while we snuggled.
  • Books

I read and read and read and read and read and read.

Terry Goodkind is one my favorite fantasy authors now.

David and Leigh Eddings tie with Raymond Feist for second.

  • Heroes

    Leonardo Da Vinci.

My true friends — who already know who they are! Divine Life.

About me:

I like to think, enjoy life, work hard, learn a lot, read every day, sing all I can and love as many people, cats and dogs as possible. I don't sleep much. What if I miss out on something? I make hats. I crochet them. I am a hooker, not a knitter. I don't use needles. I also like completely bizarre and funny things, like this video clip: Dog Malfunction

Who I'd like to meet:

Freeform minds. Creative humans. Spiritually inclined beings. Gentle folk. Humorous folk. Beautiful women with minds of their own. Dog lovers. Animal lovers. People who enjoy all manner of weather, whether shine or storm. People who can laugh in adversity. People who can laugh in good times. People who work hard, say what they mean, play well with others and don't demand something for nothing. People who make their own designs.

lol,  You have given me the best laugh I've had all day.    I don't know about the switching brain idea,  I'm trying not to sound like a pervert, but I can't help but think that it would be something like a kid with a new toy.    As for crocheting, I've made a few potholders and a couple of afgans,   it's been a few years, but does that count??

'Lost' is a state of mind and a matter of opinion, so ya, we were very very lost for a very long time....he almost got stressed, but I stayed calm enough for both of us. When we did find a place to park near the stadium, we found a great hole-in-the-wall sushi joint...much yum...then we rambled a bit and ended up a the Smithsonian....I pondered on the fact that there were no other deadheads there even tho it was free...DC will do to you what you let it do to you....we were apparently lost for so long so we could get a good tour of the awsum architecture, ya so we saw the same statues @ 500 times each, but we did indeed see them!!!!! After the Smithsonian we found our peops and had MUCH FUN!!!!!!
