Since the mid-eighties, when the Replacements, Gear Daddies, Jayhawks, etc. combined their punk, country and Cheap Trick influences, Minnesota has been a hotbed for this kind of stuff. When it's done right (as in the case of the [CD]), it makes for a very easy listen. The production values of this recording are fantastic.
