First: We are no longer playing live and don't have any plans to do so. If you want to see any of us (please do) come check out our new bands (listed below).
M-set had it's last show as a band in November of 2005. We had a great run of 7 years with tons of highlights. While we all still hang out together and manage a few recording sessions (just for the hell of it), we will no longer be playing live. Each of us continue to play in different groups and will always cherish the memories of our time together. You can still see us around town and many of the local watering holes and you will still see us on stage with different bands. In the meantime, you can reach us here and at www.m-set.com. Here was our last bio:
M-set is/was a quirky rock band that hails from Seattle, WA. They have the melodic driving rock sound of the Foo Fighters, combined with the quirky alternative rock of The Presidents, topped off with the charming vocal and personal presence of the Beatles.
M-set has been playing live non-stop for over 7 years. They performed at the 2002 Winter Olympic Games, have opened for national acts, played all of the major venues in Seattle, toured up and down the west coast extensively, released two EPs and a full length album, shot two videos, and are now releasing their finest work to date, C.E.O.s Killed The Radio Star, a self produced album that was a year in the making.
We are glad to inform You that finally we're available on iTunes and Amazon so You can download or order our first record 'Yell into the Kazoo' featuring San Francisco and Jimmy.
How I miss the good old M-Set days....let's remember for a moment the PBR, dancing, grooves, the house....okay enough of that. How are you guys doing? You know what sucks? I finally have a bar that is going to start having live music and M-Set is no longer performing live. Darn! Seriously though, the Raven Public House in Wenatchee is going to start its live music offerings this Saturday so if any of you and your new bands want an excuse to head over to the sunny side of the state let me know! Hope everyone is doing well!! Sarah
Fellow Spokanites, come rock with us this Saturday at PJs Bar and Grill! See you there. If you can't make it, catch us on April 30th at the Spread with a Gun that Shoots Knives! Cheers!
To those of you non-Spokanites: Look for us coming to your area soon... We miss you too!
