He believes in preparing as well as possible for an uncertain future,
That was a fun night, I remember Daniel's ears perk up as soon as he heard the cello on the first song. Man, I've been recording alot lately, learning a new program, Reaper, that I am going to be using. Got a condensor mic finally and a soundcard..goin' to try and do these songs up right! I'd like to come up and visit this summer still, maybe August, or perhaps in Sept when it cools down a bit. Ya, I'm so glad I got to come up for that show! see ya bo!
The year is 2009. Uncle Smokin' Joe's intense love for Mr. Matthew Shelton continues unabated. Historians would later concur: "Who the hell could blame him?" Those familiar with both the man and the lingo of the time would add, "Ya, that Shelton dude was one sick bitch."
I totally forgot, I'm sorry man. Send me your address in a message and I'll send you over a few. Billy Sheppard mentioned you in the review he just wrote about the album, pretty cool.
I almost can't listen to new songs when you post them because my heart hurts for at least a week after. I'm not saying you shouldn't post them - I just want you to understand the emotional shock wave you create. Sweet everything - you and your songs are a force of nature. = XOXO Uncle SJ
