About me: Kellie started dancing with Jrisi of the Hathor Dance Studio in 1999 and is currently performing as a solo bellydance artist fusing fire, traditional oriental and tribal styled bellydance. Her presence is strong and earthy, her costumes dazzling to decadent. Her passion for bellydance comes from the dynamic constantly evolving artform, the music, the costumes and that anyone of any age can bellydance for fun, fitness and/or creative expression. Her personal life philosophy is Move With Softness influenced by her practice of Ashtanga Yoga. She has a strong interest in bellydance fusion and is currently attending contemporary dance classes. She has also attended classes/workshops with Hilary Cinis, Devi Mamak, Hossam Ramzy, Rachel Brice, Blue Damsel, Kaeshi Chai and The Fat Chance Bellydance Company. Kellie will travel to Maui in 2007 to attend workshops with Jill Parker (Ultra Gypsy) and Heather Stants (Urban Tribal). Kellie also loves to teach bellydance and the joy it brings to her students, she currently teaches in Ashfield, Manly and Crows Nest (Sydney, Australia). Her classes are energetic and offer a variety of oriental and tribal technique and choreography. Kellie performs at various private functions, restaurants and nightclubs around Sydney and regularly performs with the Hathor Dance Theatre and Hilary Cinis.

good idea , i might just do that hun.thanks i cant make it to the fund raiser , but my teacher and a couple of the other girls in my troupe are going, but ill definatly be at the turn out in sept with bells on! lol!
aaaw bugga! i wont be dancing till sunday hun . im sure we'll catch up somewhere around the traps though. im hoping Merilyn will have some swords at the fest. ive been to her site and that where ive seen them, hubbys getting me one for my birthday. was going to buy one off her at the wollongong souire but she didnt bring them , so fingers crossed shell have them at the festival shimmies and hugs!
