A lil something about Jen..well, I'm a writer/editor/street rep mngr for OZONE Magazine - the trillest mag in the land. I do freelance writing for some other hip hop magazines from time to time, write artists' bios and a lil bit of PR work. Ive always found comfort in writing and listening to music so it only makes sense that I combined the two passions. Im a MUSIC JUNKIE. I can never get enough.

As a kid my family moved around a lot. Ive lived in Tennessee, New Orleans, Charlotte NC, Rock Hill SC, Tampa FL, Orange Park FL but I never felt at home until I settled in Jacksonville. I love my city in case you cant tell from my pen name Ms Rivercity. GO JAGUARS!!! Can somebody PLEASE buy us an NBA team? damn it haha

I graduated from Douglas Anderson School of the Arts for Creative Writing. Then I put myself through college, and it did not require sliding down a pole - but do your thing ladies. Writing pays my bills so if you're about to ask me for some work, please remember I do this for a living. Also, do not ask me when I started listening to rap. That's the dumbest question in the world, and the answer will be 'Prolly the same time you did Jackass.' lol
