Throughout the years, Mr. Take Care of Business Records has distinctively and strategically mixed the total Caribbean and Urban experience, also spearheaded innovative brand campaigns differentiating itself from the masses.
The label's vast catalog holdings included selections from breakthrough to emerging acts impacting the music scene like Wayne Wonder, Frisco Kid, Ras Shiloh, Captain Barkey, Sluggy Ranks and the late rapper Big L, among a host of others.
MTCB creative cornerstone is evident in all things: in music, in content, in branding, in marketing, in event planning and much more. We are open to joint ventures and administrative business ideas.
In 2000, Mr. Take Care of Business Records began to endorsed special events like the annual VIBES ENERGY FEST at the Marcus Garvey Park in Harlem, as well as shows with SANCHEZ, GLEN WASHINGTON, BUDDY BROWN INTERNATIONAL 25TH ANNIVERSARY and BELIZE 22ND INDEPENDENCE CELEBRATION, Belize, 141ST STREET BLOCK PARTY, Harlem, ANTHONY B, YAMI BOLO, LADY SAW, THE MEDITATIONS, UPTOWN REGGAE TUESDAYS and OCEAN MIST, RI, among others.
About Vibes Energy Fest (VEF):
The Vibes Energy Fest is an annual outdoor festival held in the summer season. VEF is the largest one-day, fun-filled Caribbean and Urban cultural expression enriching the community with a musical event; a first-rate concert, free admission, music, exaggerated beats, free give-away, thousand of people joining in the celebration and enough space to wave national flags with pride.
