Do you really care?
really?
Most things can interest me for at least an hour... so my interests are fairly varied.
I like movies, books, comics, sex, music, drawing, painting, playing, sleeping, long walks on the beach, sunsets, pina coladas, getting caught in the rain...
Desktop Tower Defense
Music
I like lots of different music... techno to rap. blues and soul to j-pop, punk to lounge... I think I can enjoy a little of every genre, and even stuff without genres.
I believe that most music has a place in my life somewhere.
So I suppose "It depends" would be the best way to describe it for this space...
Movies
I watch all sorts of movies. but I don't have any favorites really...
other than the normal stuff... Blade Runner, The Road Warrior Movies, Star Wars and it's various se/prequels, X-Men, Spidey, movies where shit blows up, Campy 80's coming of age movies with John Cusack, Jon Cryer, Judd Nelson, and the rest of those guys, Revenge of the Nerds because it about these nerds, who get... revenge! (yeah so the american splendor reference would indicate a liking for that movie as well)
Damn I like alot of movies.
Television
Heroes is the bomb you should watch it. (even if only to see Hiro make the Thinking Really Hard face)
And House, because Hugh Laurie is fucking awesome.
other than that, a ton of old show's that aren't on anymore and some new shows that I don't watch enough of.
Books
I love alot of books.
like you really care! half the people on Myspace are practically illiterate.
And I'm not going to drop loads of books here so that people will think I'm smart either. But I will say that the prose writing of Bukowski is something everyone should read... I could care less about the tropic of cancer, but notes from a dirty old man is great.
Heroes
The number 0 and Hiro!
Oh and loads of other people that do cool stuff and make neat things.
And some who don't do any of that shit.
I draw and write Empty Theater a weekly webcomic about poorly drawn characters and thier uneventful lives... sort of

About me: I work, I draw, I play... I get by and try to have fun.
I have two awesome kids, one very patient wife, some cool friends, a webcomic or two, a few thousand ideas rattling around in my scattered brain, one eye, a full time job, a convertible, psoriatic arthritis, the ability to predict things that have already happened, an odd sense of humor, a story to tell and never enough time in the day it seems.
****All comic work has halted for the summer!*** Do not despair though, check out www.evilrobotcomics.com for a dose of awesomeness!
Who I'd like to meet: old; young (but not too young) happy; sad, mellow; high strung, has beens; never will bes; the masses. the sick and twisted throngs of people who devote their lives to grinding away the days on the calender only to be rewarded with their pittance at the end of each biweekley pay period...
oh, and people who want to read my comics!
***Attention Empty Theater Fans!***
I'm not done with it yet, but it may be a long time until I get back to it. In the mean time Subscribe to my blog to get Daily Backstage! comics and also to get any news on the Empty Theater front.
Thanks!
Linda's Friend: “What is that little trash can on the screen?”
Linda: “My son says that is called the ‘recycle bin’. He tells me when I don’t want a Word document anymore and I delete it, it really goes in there.”
Friend: “Why in the recycle thingy? Can’t you just erase it?”
Linda: “Oh no, Word wouldn’t work for very long if I did that, I would run out of blank pages.”
Friend: “Why?”
Linda: “Because it cleans the words off the pages, then sends the blank sheets back to Word so they can be used again. That’s why it’s called the recycle bin
yeah--- before retail gets busy-- it starts with wholesale. We're jamming right now with Holiday orders and we had an "all hands on deck." They wanted me in again today, but I kinda blew it off. if I don't do laundry today, well I will have an "emperor's new clothes" moment at work this week.
Yeah-- I think we have similar musical leaning for sure-- that I can tell, Mr. I never ever change my default song!
Thanks John. Maybe it was only because I just had a taste before the accident but I think that was the best cup of coffee I ever made!!! R.I.P. giant mug and the best cup of joe that never was enjoyed.
I actually found out about all this through a student who was taking one of my comic classes for adults at Worcester Night Life. I was really impressed with the guy doing the Optimus Prime voice too. I guess he was so good that they actually had him do a skit on the G4 Channel around the same time the Transformers movie came out a year or so ago.
Masi Oka is already at work on season three of "Heroes." We're doing 25 episodes straight, no hiatus," says Oka. "We're going to speed up the stories. The first few episodes are really fast-paced and you'll get some really great answers, including who shot Nathan Petrelli."
"Heroes" returns to NBC Sept. 22 with a clip show at 8 PM, followed by a two-hour premiere.
