Sydney, Australia, Monday 2nd June, 2008: MTV Networks Australia today announces the season return of its flagship live music show, The Lair. Hosted by MTV VJ, Darren McMullen, The Lair returns to the spotlight for its fourth season and to pursue its ongoing commitment to merge the hottest international and local acts into a power packed hour of programming. The new season will return to MTV on Thursday June 19 at 7:00pm, and will see New Zealand rockers, Shihad, take to the stage alongside Brisbane pop rock darlings,Operator Please, Sydney’s Electro princess, Catcall, and Adelaide’s box fresh c*ck rockers Dangerous!.
MTV VJ, Darren McMullen, will be joined this season by fellow VJ, Ruby Rose. Ruby Rose will stop by each week to catch up with the cool, cute, party loving celebs that drop by The Lair, as well as updating viewers on the hottest gigs around Australia.
