We are a premium specialty boutique located in Ann Arbor, Michigan right on the University of Michigan's campus. Co-owned by Dj Mick Boogie, we opened our doors in October 2007 as one of the state's only specialty boutiques to cater to streetwear fashion and culture. We carry apparel for both men and women that is creative, cutting edge, and influential. The brands we stock are hand-selected and very limited in distribution; they are largely independent and not found in traditional retail outlets.
Thanks to a fiercely loyal customer base and a series of in-store musical events with the likes of Lupe Fiasco, Talib Kweli, Estelle, and many others, we acheived rapid growth in our first year in business. With Mick Boogie, we released a number of mixtapes to a worldwide audience including the Graduate mixtape with Kanye West and our co-branded "Motivation" series of mixtapes wihich also feature Dj Benzi. We are now recognized amongst the top specialty boutiques in the Midwest, and aim to further our reach in 2009 with the launch of our full-fledged online store.
