...BIOGRAPHY ENGLISH VERSION....
MuD was born in Val Vibrata (Teramo) in the Spring of 2004. Frank (drummer), Dedo (guitarist) and Mauro a.k.a AldoHC’s (singer) first came up with the idea of a new band, united by the passion of cross-over and driven by desire to play. Mud started playing live performances once Garçon (guitarist) and Panino (bassist) joined the band. In 2006 Sandro Di Vitantonio was recruited as a bassist and in the same year the group including Sandro recorded a first demo entitle ‘Promo 2006’. The work was deemed to be hasty with sloppy sound, however it’s focus was to make the audience to understanding the intention of the group (i.e. the impact of cross-over, with some hard core grain). In 2007 and 2008 the group saw a scope of working together with other Italian underground groups. During these years, HC influence grew, and the new tracks acquired speed and heaviness. In the Winter of 2008 Sandro left the group for some personal motives, and was replaced by Mirko Iobbi (Mestruophagia,ex MK77); with him they recorded the second full lenght. "Slow Degradation" was released with a lag,i.e. in 2009 January. The new EP, self-made, includes just 3 tracks(+intro) with a sound and a recording finally excellent. In April 2009, Frank (drummer) one of the founding members the band left the group for personal reasons. MuD founded a new drummer, Valerio Valeri, ex Degenero's drummer and he came from a tradition of an HC Old School style. However, the band was forced to undergo further changes in February 2010; When Mirko Iobbi left the MUD after a year and a half, and Daniele,member of Bloodraised was replaced in January 2011 by Ilaria. Mud decided not to replace a new guitarist after Dedo (one of the founding members) left the band for personal reasons. The group continued to operate with four members. This changes in line up did not hinder the group’s commitment to it’s live performance gigs. The year 2011 is the long awaited first full length, entitled "Violence Against Violence", recorded completely DIY, and out for the independent label Audiozero Records.

i MuD si formano nell'estate del 2004,in Abruzzo,nella Val Vibrata (TE),grazie all'idea di Frank(batteria),Dedo(chitarra),e Mauro a.k.a.AldoHC(voce),uniti dalla passione x le sonorità pesanti,e spinti dalla voglia di suonare.Successivamente si aggiungono Garçon alla seconda chitarra,e Panino al basso.Cn questa formazione iniziano le prime esibizioni dal vivo,nella zona del teramano.Nel 2006 viene reclutato Sandro Di Vitantonio al basso,con cui registrano il loro primo demo(Promo 2006),frettoloso,e dai suoni poco curati,ma ke cmq fà capire quali siano le intenzioni musicali del gruppo,ovvero un cross-over d'impatto,cn qualke venatura hardcore...Nel 2007 e nel 2008 i live aumentano,uscendo anke fuori dall'abruzzo,e aprendo x gruppi di rilievo nel panorama underground italiano.Con il passare del tempo le influenze HC (di matrice new school)si fanno + marcate,e cosi'i nuovi pezzi acquisiscono velocità,e pesantezza... Nell'inverno del 2008 Sandro lascia il gruppo,x motivi personali,al suo posto arriva Mirko Iobbi(Ex Mestruophagia),con il quale registrano il secondo full lenght. "Slow Degradation"esce con un certo ritardo,ossia nel gennaio del 2009.E'un EP,autoprodotto,e di 3 pezzi(+ intro),ma con un suono,ed una registrazione finalmente buone... Nell'Aprile 2009 anke Frank,batterista e uno dei membri fondatori,è costretto a lasciare la band x motivi personali... Accettata con dispiacere la sua scelta,i MuD trovano subito un sostituto.E'Valerio Valeri,ex batterista dei Degenero,e proveniente da una scuola prettamente hc old school.La band xò è costretta a subire un nuovo avvicendamento al basso nel febbraio 2010;Mirko Iobbi infatti lascia i MuD dopo circa 1 anno e mezzo,e al suo posto entra in formazione Daniele,anke membro dei Bloodraised,ke a sua volta viene sostituito nel gennaio 2011;Al suo posto arriva Ilaria Citerei,attualmente stabile in formazione. Anke Dedo(membro fondatore)lascia la band dopo tanti anni x motivi personali,ma i MuD decidono di non prendere un altro chitarrista,e di continuare in 4,e con un nuovo sound... il 2011 è l'anno del tanto atteso primo full lenght,dal titolo "Violence Against Violence",registrato totalmente DO IT YOURSELF,e fuori x l'etiketta indipendente Audiozero Records. I tanti cambi di line up,non hanno impedito di continuare l'attività live,ormai costante da anni in giro x l'Italia,e di continuare ad essere una band unita con un unico scopo..far conoscere la propria musica a tutti,e farla arrivare il + lontano possibile!
