Ashley Hamilton - Bass & Vocals
Ashley Hamilton was born in August, 1986 in Elyria, OH. She grew up listening to her family, The Haynes Family sing Bluegrass Gospel and travel to churches across the country for 25 years. And it was there on the bus traveling that she learned to play Bass and sing Harmony. Ashley lists her aunt Enola as her inspiration to sing as well as IIIrd Tyme Out's Russell Moore. She also lists her Dad Tracy and Uncle Jimmy Haynes as musical inspirations. Ashley's cousin Adam Haynes plays fiddle for Rounder recording artists Dailey and Vincent and she is perhaps his biggest fan. Ashley resides in Tiro, OH with husband Glenn and son Jacob.

Scott Jackson was born in Oberlin, Ohio. Most of his young life was spent between Ohio and Alderson, WV, where his mother's family had resided for generations on Muddy Creek Mountain. Scott began playing guitar at the age of 4 after watching and listening to his dad play since his birth. His passion for playing music continued to grow throughout his life. He explored several different genres of music to further develop his playing ability, including classical, rock, blues, jazz, folk, country, and bluegrass. He found that bluegrass music had lit a fire in his soul and had made its home in his heart. At the age of 19, he decided to try his hand at the mandolin, finding inspiration in the traditional sounds of Bill Monroe and the Stanley Brothers, and the more progressive sounds of Tony Rice. He began attending bluegrass jams and festivals to expand his horizons in the bluegrass world. I Taking the name from Scott's family's home, The Muddy Krick Mountain Boys were formed. Now after playing with the band for over 5 years, Scott still loves the band and its members. He believes the key to a good band is strong relationships, common interests, and practice!, practice!, practice!!! He currently resides in Avon, Ohio with his loving family. He continues to develop his talent and his individual sound and couldn't be more delighted than to share his music and his love of bluegrass music with friends and family . . . and with YOU!
