Our mission statement is "Waking up the world with music!" We can't think of a better way to sum up our vision. From our first day, the single-minded purpose of Muddy Sunshine has been to make the best music that can be made, regardless of genre.
We've gone to work selecting artists and writers who are marching to the beat of their own drum, artists who stir something inside of us. We will never select songs or artists based on what is trendy or "safe." Muddy Sunshine puts the job of making great music ahead of everything else. We don't "churn it out." We hand select writers and artists that WE LOVE and then we go to work making a record that will make them, and everyone else, smile.
While other people think the music business is dying, we are of the opinion that there's never been a better time to be alive and making music. The ears of the world are ready and straining with anticipation to hear some truly great songs. Music should move you! If it doesn't, maybe you've been listening to the wrong thing.

This is the very first song Linda Lang and I wrote.
We would like to see child abuse stopped in our lifetime. It is so sad that children go thru this and there are so many that never get to grow up. I hope this song touches one person and changes them on a daily basis. If one a day can be saved then we have done our part.
