About me:
I am fortunate so far, in my ability to stay home with my two beautiful daughters and home educate. They are my heart. Other than that, I live a simple life out in the woods. I am surrounded and awed by the beauty, sounds, and smells of the earth. I cannot imagine life for us any other way. I garden, make herbal remedies and ethically wild-craft or trade for what we don't have.
I am constantly mixing, stirring and concocting. I love to be in a perpetual state of creation. I'm sure I get that from my grandmother, as her mixer never left the counter and she was always working on a new recipe. I make a natural alternative to commercial laundry soap, soy candles, perfume and massage oils, a variety of bath teas using both herbal and aroma therapies for different needs, tinctures, herbal vinegars, and healing salves from my own collection of herbs.

My husband is a graphic designer with a background in packaging for some major brand names. I have him to thank for my lovely self portrait as well as all my labels. If you are in need of design work please drop me a line as he also works from home.
