About me:
Some history; at age sixteen I eloped with a biker. I don't recommend it. If you try this at home, at least check for references. One bachelor's degree, two divorces, and three kids later, I met my guy, the real one. He had a kid too, so we spent the next ten years raising them together.
I live on an acre and a third just south of San Antonio with my DH and our mini-schnauzer Schultz. We love our place and hope this is the end of moving. He works a desk job right now, but maybe one of these days he can say "Take this job and shove it!" then get on his bike and ride. I work too, but mine's more fun, because my work changes every day and I get to do all the gardening.
I currently take classes toward my Texas Master Gardener certification, belong to the San Antonio Herb Society, and plan to teach Organic Edible Landscaping and Permaculture Principles through whatever venues will help the most.
To paraphrase Maya Angelou, I intend to slide into the home plate of life having worn out this earth-suit completely.
| You Are a Hunter Soul |
You are driven and ambitious - totally self motiviated to succeed
Actively working to acheive what you want, you are skillful in many areas.
You are a natural predator with strong instincts ... and more than a little demanding.
You are creative, energetic, and an extremely powerful force.
An outdoors person, you like animals and relate to them better than people.
You tend to have an explosive personality, but also a good sense of humor.
People sometimes see you as arrogant or a know it all.
You tend to be a bit of a loner, though you hate to be alone.
Souls you are most compatible with: Seeker Soul and Peacemaker Soul

Who I'd like to meet:
SCAdians, organic gardeners, Texas naturalists, herbalists, painters, potters, mini-schnauzer owners, practicers of any primitive hearth craft (weaving, woodcarving, soap, candles, etc.), history buffs, those with (documentable) knowledge of old Celtic or Norse religions.
