Mukunda se formo en Buenos Aires en 1989 con el fin de divertirse y vociferar verdades,junto a la energia de Krsna,su 1er show lo dieron en 1990,en Boa Vista,en ese tiempo integraban la banda musicos reconocidos de la actual escena reggae.
La agrupacion desde sus origenes se ha basado en el Reggae Root,mezclado
con Rocksteady y Ska,con el correr del tiempo le sumaron vibraciones Dub.
Resaltando una lirica inteligente y comprometida hacia los valores humanos y
animales,con la particularidad de repartir alimentos vegetarianos en forma
gratuita en cada uno de sus Shows.
A mediados de 1995 la banda queda oficialmente fundada,por Sankirtan en Voz,Dario Ramos en Guitarra(tambien toca en Las Plantas de Shiva y Orkesta Trivenchi),Kunti en Bateria y Murali Krsna en el Bajo.
2 años mas tarde entran a estudios a grabar su disco debut Mukunda 1
autogestionado.Y en el 2002 editan Tributo al Mejor Amigocon gran repercusion
en los medios especializados e indy.
Vibracion Mukunda fue grabado,mezclado y masterizado en sep_octubre
de 2005 en los estudios El Parral del barrio de Chacarita con Ariel Feder
y Emiliano Sanders.
El material registrado consta de 13 canciones propias excepto Ball of fire
que pertenece a Skatalites.
El primer corte de difusion elegido es Viviendo en el mundo material.
El diseño de las 24 paginas que componen el book estuvo a cargo de Cruz Pental.
Una produccion de Fanzine Boisterous para Other History Records.
El disco ya esta disponible en todas las disquerias.
