1.Realize you are not your body. You are riding a pony, your body. 2.Stop scratching your pony's itches. 3.Try to keep your hands away from your face. 4.Stop your pony from rubbing it's eyes and dare to feel the divine pain of crying sleep. 5.Accept and concentrate on feeling a transforming effect from steps 2, 3 and 4. 6.Have no fear, but try and feel the sensation with a sense of ease and bliss. 7.Realize you programed your pony to react in all ways that it does and then train your pony as you see fit. 8.Whip your pony till it works for you. ie; I try and say "So good!" a lot. Instead of saying "dammit". I say "So good!" for the future rather than damming the present. 9. Be like a ray of sunshine as often as you can. Be friendly. And try and feel love in your heart. All the feelings are ready for you to turn them on. Feel them and know what they are like. So that you can turn them on , keep them on and let them grow. 10.Take the time not try but just, have not a thought in mind. Not a song, not a vision, no self, no time.. nothing.
