everything emanates from me, the wise who perfectly know this engage in my devotional service and worship me with all their hearts, here is a correct description of the supreme lord, given by the lord himself, the words indicate that krsna is the creator of everything, including brahma, visnu and siva, and because these three principal deities of the material world are created by the lord, the lord is the creator of all that exists in the material and spiritual worlds, in the atharva veda it is similarly said, he who existed before the creation of brahma and who enlightened brahma with vedic knowledge is lord sri krsna, similarly, the narayana upanisad states, then the supreme person, desired to create all living beings, thus from narayana, brahma was born, narayana created all the prajapatis, narayana created indra, narayana created the eight vasus, narayana created the eleven rudras, narayana created the twelve adityas, since narayana is a planary manifestation of lord krsna, narayana and krsna are one and the same, the narayana upanisad also states, devaki's son, krsna, is the supreme lord, the identity of narayana with the supreme cause has also been accepted and confirmed by sripada sankaracarya, even though sankara does not belong to the vaisnava, or personalist, cult, the atharva veda also states, only narayana existed in the beginning, when neither brahma, nor siva, nor fire, nor water, nor stars, nor sun, nor moon existed, the lord does not remain alone but creates as he desires, [T,F,T,A,]

may sanat-kumara protect me from lusty desires, as i begin some auspicious activity, may lord hayagriva protect me from being an offender by neglecting to offer respectful obeisances to the supreme lord, may devarsi narada protect me from commiting offenses in worshiping the deity, and may lord kurma, the tortoise, protect me from falling to the unlimited hellish worlds, lusty desires are very strong in everyone, and they are the greatest impediment to the discharge of devotional service, therefore those who are very much influenced by lusty desires are advised to take shelter of sanat-kumara, the great brahmacari devotee, narada muni, who is the guide for arcana, is the author of the narada-pancaratra, which prescribes the regulative principles for worshiping the deity, everyone engaged in deity worship, whether at home or in the temple, should always seek the mercy of devarsi narada in order to avoid the thirty-two offenses while worshiping the deity, these offenses in deity worship are mentioned in the nectar of devotion, [T,F,T,A,]

You are riding a pony, your body. 2.Stop scratching your pony's itches. 3.Try to keep your hands away from your face. 4.Stop your pony from rubbing it's eyes and dare to feel the divine pain of crying sleep. 5.Accept and concentrate on feeling a transforming effect from steps 2, 3 and 4. 6.Have no fear, but try and feel the sensation with a sense of ease and bliss. 7.Realize you programed your pony to react in all ways that it does and then train your pony as you see fit. 8.Whip your pony till it works for you. ie; I try and say "So good!" a lot. Instead of saying "dammit". I say "So good!" for the future rather than damming the present. 9. Be like a ray of sunshine as often as you can. Be friendly. And try and feel love in your heart. All the feelings are ready for you to turn them on. Feel them and know what they are like. So that you can turn them on , keep them on and let them grow. 10.Take the time not try but just, have not a thought in mind. Not a song, not a vision, no self, no time.. nothing.
