mulletover @ Eastern Electrics NYE mulletover enter their sixth year of parties with another storming New Years Eve line-up. Having raved at over 50 different locations in that time, they are the perfect hosts for some main room madness, in a brand new underground venue - Never used before, and maybe never again... Headlining the stage is Poker Flat Boss, Steve Bug... We are really excited to have Steve making his debut at mulletover, he is someone who we have admired as a DJ and producer for many years. His track loverboy was a mulletover anthem a few years back and he never fails to deliver behind the decks. Steve will be playing the midnight set, starting at 11.00pm, so make sure you get there in plenty of time to hear it! Check his Loverboy 12" - mulletover classic alert!! Shonky (who's boyhood nickname means “wobbly”) has caused a storm with his new release on Contexterrior ‘Chocotox', you won't hear any upright bass or improvised freakouts, but it is packed with jacking syncopation and swing. Expect stomping workouts with a plethora of interlocking rhythms, some heavy organ action and and diva vocals. His set at Eastern Electrics in 2008 was one of the highlights of the weekend and we'l be expecting more of the same on New Years Eve Resident Geddes needs no introduction... Over the years mulletover has been guided by his musical tastes, always truly emotive and sincere, leading the parties into the hearts and minds of its followers. His own murmur label has followed a similar path, reaching special audiences and finding individual new talents. Joining us for a second year running is our good friend Simon Morell, founder of the DDD parties alongside Simon Baker, they have been at the cutting edge of electronic parties for the last 8 years. Believe it or not we are now only 2 weeks away from Christmas, which more crucially means we're getting closer to murmur's New Years Day event.
A special festive celebration for their extended family (and celebrating Geddes' birthday), murmur will be sharing the excitement of the season by bringing together the meeting of some great musical minds.
All members of the murmur family are brimming with excitement, especially as we're looking at another sell out party. With only a handful of £10 tickets left, these will soon increase to £12, leaving only £15 tickets available on the door.

Their cheeky compadré Seth Troxler is an artist that has taken a hold of the techno world and shaken some serious sensuality into it. Having just been voted 8 in the Resident Advisor DJ Awards 2009 and gaining some serious attention over the past year, Seth has proved he always delivers the goods. Raised equidistant from Detroit and Chicago and now based in Berlin, each environment can be heard in his music yet he delivers an utterly unique take, giving new life to the sounds of old.

murmur's special guest announcement is another American musically gifted counterpart. In a short time as a DJ, Bill Patrick has piled up an impressive resume, holding a residency at New York's famed club Arc (formerly Vinyl) and co-founding the seminal ROBOTS, a techno collaboration that hosted some of New York City's most successful club events which pulls together headliners such as, Luciano, Ellen Allien, Radioactive Man and Michael Mayer.
