One thing I hate about MS is the tendency to treat the wrong people as heroes. I don't want to know how the heroes cope, I want to know how ordinary people cope (or not).
About me: I am the author of MultipleSclerosisSucks.com. No, I don't let MS define my life, but it is a facet of my life that I can't deny, unfortunately. Sign up as a friend if you're a fan!
I have MS and MS has me-how can it be any other way? can't make a move w/out planning meals, shots, medical care. half of everyday is all bout MS, caring, preventing, halting, slowing it etc.. why does it have me? cause it sucks...lol. no aphorisms for me. I just cover my ears and say la, la, la really loud when i hear them.

thanks for maintaining such wonderful sites! i brought MS here with me to korea- i tried to leave it on the plane, but customs would not allow it. now my korean neuro sees that people don't have to only suffer and is offering DM therapies!
Hope you have a good weekend at home. We had our 7yr.old granddaughter for 2 days and I think I used all my spoons. Extreme fatigue and pain. She is worth it. Kelli aka nanni
