Their project has always been to create original and personal songs based on rock, by using different styles and languages in absolute freedom. This is evidence of their reluctance towards any kind of “borders” and everything that can bind their expressiveness.

Important, strong, sensual, energetic, deep, rational and passionate at the same time: these are some of the adjectives that describe the music of four girls with different personalities joined together by a single overwhelming passion. The result of this alliance is a mix of rock-core-emo-noise-punk-metal-experimentation.

MUMBLE RUMBLE work live on a regular basis and these are their most important steps: winners of the ArezzoWave Festival in 1992 (the only female band winner in the most famous Italian rock competition). Tours in Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany. Support band of Moving Targets, F.F.F., Lunachicks, NoFx, Fugazi, Motorhead. They have taken part in the most prestigious Italian festivals such as Nightwave, Adidas Streetball Challenge, Beach Bum Rock Festival, M.E.I..

MR have appeared in many TV shows both on music and national Television channels and many national newspapers.

Three albums released: “Kapow” (Aaarrgh Records) in 1994, “RicordareDimenticare” (Lilium/Sony) in 1999 and the new album “Tredici” (Latlantide/ed.EMI) in 2008. MR also appeared in some compilations.

MR is a band with a long career. During these years many things have changed but their spirit has remained the same. This has made them one of the most interesting alternative rock bands in Italy and undisputed “pioneers” in the female scene.

The band comprises Simona De Sanctis (vocals), Tiziana Govoni (guitar), Cristina Atzori (drums) and Giulia Bottazzi (bass).

**** Le MUMBLE RUMBLE sono un gruppo rock tutto al femminile italiano (di Bologna) nato all'inizio degli anni '90 col progetto di creare canzoni proprie ed originali miscelando diversi stili e linguaggi in assoluta libertà.

Forte, sensuale, energica e ancora profonda, razionale ed insieme passionale: sono alcuni degli aggettivi che descrivono la musica delle MUMBLE RUMBLE, musica che ha un inconfondibile sapore dato da un mix di rock-core-emo-noise-punk-metal-sperimentazione…

Le MUMBLE RUMBLE hanno una lunga storia di esperienze live alle spalle. Queste le tappe più significative: hanno vinto Arezzo Wave nel '92 e partecipato alla tournée di Arezzo Wave on the Rocks; hanno suonato in Italia, Svizzera, Austria, Germania e come supporters di alcuni grandi gruppi stranieri quali: Moving Targets, F.F.F., Lunachicks, NoFx, Fugazi, Motorhead; hanno partecipato ad importanti manifestazioni (Nightwave, Adidas Streetball Challenge, Beach Bum Rock Festival, NonSoloRock, MEI).

Sono inoltre apparse in diversi programmi televisivi italiani (su RAI 1, Videomusic, TMC2, Tele+, Stream, Sky…) e si è parlato di loro sulle più note testate nazionali di musica e non.
