**** MUMBLE RUMBLE is an all female rock band formed in Bologna (Italy) in 1990.
The project is to create original and personal songs based on rock, by using different styles and languages in absolute freedom. This is evidence of their reluctance towards any kind of "borders" and everything that can bind their expressiveness.
Important, strong, sensual, energetic, deep, rational and passionate at the same time: these are some of the adjectives that describe the music of four girls with different personalities joined together by a single overwhelming passion. MUMBLE RUMBLE work live on a regular basis and these are their most important steps: winners of the ArezzoWave Festival in 1992, the only female band winner in the most famous Italian rock competition. This debut was followed by a tour in Italy with "ArezzoWave on the Rocks" in 1993. Support band of NOFX, FUGAZI, MOTORHEAD, F.F.F., LUNACHICKS, MOVING TARGETS. They have taken part in the most prestigious Italian festivals such as Nightwave, Adidas Streetball Challenge, Beach Bum Rock Festival, NonSoloRock, M.E.I....
MR have appeared in many TV shows both on music and national Television channels and many national newspapers.
THREE ALBUMS released: "KAPOW" for AARGHH! REC. in 1994, "RICORDAREDIMENTICARE" for LILIUM/SONY in 1999 and "TREDICI" for LATLANTIDE/ed.EMI in 2008.
MR is a band with a long career. During these years many things have changed but their spirit has remained the same. This has made them one of the most interesting alternative rock bands in Italy and undisputed "pioneers" in the female scene.
The band comprises Simona De Sanctis (vocals), Tiziana Govoni (guitar), Cristina Atzori (drums) and Giulia Bottazzi (bass).
**** Le MUMBLE RUMBLE sono un gruppo rock tutto al FEMMINILE italiano (di Bologna) nato nel '90.
IL PROGETTO è quello di creare canzoni proprie ed originali su coordinate di matrice rock, ma miscelando diversi stili e linguaggi in assoluta libertà, sulla scia dell'INSOFFERENZA che il gruppo ha sempre provato per i "confini" e per tutto ciò che può limitare l'espressività.
IMPORTANTE, FORTE, SENSUALE, ENERGICA E ANCORA PROFONDA, RAZIONALE ED INSIEME PASSIONALE: sono alcuni degli aggettivi che possono descrivere la musica delle MR, musica creata da quattro ragazze dalle personalità molto diverse, ma unite da una prepotente passione.
Il frutto di questo incontro ha un inconfondibile sapore dato da un mix di ROCK-CORE-EMO-METAL-NOISE-PUNK-SPERIMENTAZIONE...
Le MR hanno una lunga storia di esperienze live alle spalle. Queste le tappe più significative: hanno vinto (unico gruppo femminile nella storia del festival) AREZZOWAVE nel 92 e girato tutta Italia con la tournée di ArezzoWave on the Rocks nel 93; hanno suonato come supporters di alcuni grandi gruppi stranieri quali: NOFX, FUGAZI, MOTORHEAD, F.F.F., LUNACHICKS, MOVING TARGETS; hanno partecipato ad importanti manifestazioni(NIGHTWAVE, ADIDAS STREETBALL CHALLENGE, BEACH BUM ROCK FESTIVAL, MEI, NONSOLOROCK FESTIVAL).
Inoltre le MR sono apparse in diversi programmi televisivi (su RAI1, VIDEOMUSIC, TMC2, TELE+, STREAM, SKY...) e si è parlato di loro sulle più note testate nazionali di musica e non.

Le MR, come tutti i gruppi di lunga vita, hanno subito evoluzioni e cambiamenti nell'arco del tempo, ma ciò che è rimasto inalterato è quello stesso SPIRITO che le ha portate ad essere considerate una delle realtà più interessanti del rock alternativo in Italia, sicuramente "PIONIERE" in ambito femminile.
La formazione è attualmente costituita da SIMONA DE SANCTIS alla voce, TIZIANA GOVONI alla chitarra, CRISTINA ATZORI alla batteria e GIULIA BOTTAZZI al basso.
