Munty is a Musician & Producer who has been playing instruments from an
early age. He is a multi percussionist who began playing the Tabla and has
progressed onto playing Keys, Guitar and Bass, and doing the odd Vocal! He is a humble musician
and no master by any means but utilises what he can to produce the music he does. His
musical interests include a variety of various kinds ranging from: House, Techno, Electro, Trip Hop, Funk, Drum & Bass,
Dub, Roots Rock Reggae, Indie, Ambient, and various World music styles, just to name
a few. He tries to blend all of his influences for the tracks which he produces, although of late has been producing Fusion Ambient Tech/House.
In 2007 Munty put out his debut album "Visions" under his own Label "Munty Recordings". He's also had continued airplay on the International radio airwaves and is always writing and producing interesting music to keep his passion for Music alive ! Munty was busy in 2008 where he released a Tech/House fusion Album, titled "Delhi To Detroit". The track on the Album titled "Delhi to Detroit" was also picked up by "United Recordings", a Label from the Netherlands, for their compilation "Supperclub Beauty", the 3rd in their "Ninesins" series, mixed by World renouned BBC DJ Pathaan. Munty has just finished writing his 3rd Album "Escape" which is set to be released digitally worldwide on the 30th March 2009. It very much sounds like what it says on the front cover as you "Escape" into peaceful warm climates and loose yourself in Deep Atmospheric Techno grooves........
