I now know I am not possibly asexual instead of gay - My theory said I needed to gain more muscle first, so I did. The theory was that with more muscle comes less desire for men because I'd then have the body I desired. The thought was that it's not a drive for sex as it is a desire to simply feel the muscles, and if I have them, then that desire to feel another guy's muscles should diminish. The experiment has only proven to me that I am definitely gay.

I'm told by others that I'm not an easy guy to get to know because they feel my character/personality/temperament puts them with the feeling that they must be on their best behavior when hanging out with me. All you need to know is that I am not hanging out with you to judge you, but I am learning about you and wanting to contribute in some way. I guess I'm a bit shy, but think my quietness may be my way of preventing me from being criticized, judged, or made fun of. I appear slow to learn, but I'm absorbing and processing a lot when doing new things, or even meeting new people.

I've been working out at 24 Hour Fitness since January 2007. I worked out with a trainer three times a week (until July 2, 2010), and by myself three more times a week following trainer provided workouts. Now I'm completely on my own for training. All that training with a trainer was worth it.

It's always easier to tell the truth - that way you don't need to remember all the lies so as to keep your story consistent. The fundamental characteristic of truth is its consistency. Perhaps that's why I think I'm honest to a fault.
