The musicFIRST Coalition is a partnership of artists, music community organizations and people like you who believe artists should be compensated when their music is played on AM and FM radio.

AM and FM radio stations make billions of dollars in advertising playing the music of your favorite artists, session musicians and background singers. Let’s be serious: no one listens to the radio for the commercials. We think artists should be compensated for their creativity and hard work.

Here's what you can do to help:

1. Click the “Take Action Now” button and send a letter (or two) to Congress. It's easy and will only take a couple of minutes.

2. Encourage your friends to friend us and send letters. The more people that know, the better chance that Congress will close the Corporate Radio Loophole. You'll be joining forces with some of the biggest names in music.

3. Reward yourself for helping an important cause. Listen to your favorite band or performer knowing that you are directly supporting a cause that supports artists and promotes great music.
