Jesus, Music, religions of any kind, and philosophy, inventing (esp. concerning electricity or electronics). I used to be a martial artist, but am now disabled due to a back injury. I also like snorkling, walks in the woods, and walks on the beach, movies, and live music (except rap).
Music
Carpenters, soft rock, soft jazz (like Kenny-G), some classical, but not fond of nasal country or rap. Richard Carpenter, John Barry, and Richard Rodgers are my favorite composers, though there are many others I like. Christian Rock - Psalm 100, Brother 2 Brother, Christian Smooth Jazz - Warren Arnold
Movies
Are you green? How many flights have you taken in the last year? Feeling guilty about all those unnecessary car journeys? Well, maybe there's no need to feel bad.According to a group of scientists brought together by documentary-maker Martin Durkin, if the planet is heating up, it isn't your fault and there's nothing you can do about it.We've almost begun to take it for granted that climate change is a man-made phenomenon. But just as the environmental lobby think they've got our attention, a group of naysayers have emerged to slay the whole premise of global warming.
Superman Returns, James Bond movies, Favorite Bond movie, "On Her Majesty's Secret Service," Action, Adventure, Comedy, Sci-Fi (Especially Star Trek series and Star Wars series), (not horror), Romance. Princess Bride is probably my all-time favorite because it was funny and had a little bit of everything in it. (Comedy, action, adventure, romance) Olivia Newton-John in ANYTHING! Bruce Willis movies, Steven Segal movies, Sylvester Stallone movies, Arnold Schewartzenegger movies, Robin Williams movies, Some of Julia Roberts movies, anything with a soundtrack by John Williams or John Barry.
Television
Boston Legal, Lost, Alias, That relatively new medical drama... can't think of the name, Star Trek, Star Trek-TNG, but not DS9 so much. I used to watch alot of CSPAN and other Sci-Fi. ;) I don't get much chance to watch TV now.
Books
The Holy Bible (KJV for the poetic language), The Lost Books of the Bible, John Grisham novels, James Bond (Ian Flemming) books, Shakespear, though I can't quote it, and several others. I'm currently reading The Davinci Code and Great Religions of the World (National Geographic Society)
Heroes
Jesus because he spread love and died for our sins, LaRain Deje because she IS my wife and soulmate, Sharon Hogue for her wonderful missionary work and music work, Martin Luther King Jr. for his movement for rights through peaceful methods, Bill Clinton for bringing the vision of our generation to fruition, Kenny Loggins & Eva Ein for a song they wrote that saved my life (Wait a Little While), and also for his wonderful work for the less fortunate and God's other creatures.

I'm looking for fellow musicians, songwriters, singers, and composers with whom I can share ideas. I would also like to find musicians who may want to play or sing some of the music I write.

Who I'd like to meet: I would like to meet fellow songwriters and composers with whom I can share ideas, and singers and musicians who may want to play some of the music I write. I wouldn't mind learning performance skills from an actor or actress to enhance my playing performance or to share performance ideas with the rest of the group. What I found in a woman: A woman who is kind, honest, sincere, and loving who will help me serve the Lord and spread His Love, Peace, and Hope throughout the world. A one man woman for this one woman man. (Don't see many of those around these days) What ALL men are probably looking for in a woman: May 30, 2006 10:29 PM Subject: I HAVE THIS GIRL.... Body: ----------------- Bulletin Message ----------------- Date: May 30, 2006 10:38 PM I'm the girl who will put her head on your shoulder, not because she's sleepy, but because she wants to be closer to you... I'm the girl who likes to be kissed in the rain, more than inside your bedroom or in an expensive resturant... I'm the girl who says,"Ok, but you owe me..." jokingly not because I actually want something, but because it means I get to spend more time with you... I'm the girl who is incredibly picky, but when I find someone I like I want to spend the whole night curled up in his arms... I'm the girl who never forgets all the sweet little things you do for me... I'm the girl who never gives up hope even when I tell others I have... I'm the girl who once I let you into my heart, there's always a place there with your name on it, and even if we spend time apart, I'm the girl who never forgets you. I'm the girl who loves to end a hug with a kiss... I'm the girl who you can talk to you about anything... I'm the girl who laughs at your jokes... I'm the girl who will have many inside jokes with you and will remember each one... I'm the girl who will brag about you to all of my friends... I'm the girl who loves it when you hug me for no apparent reason... I'm the girl who loves it when you hug me from behind or kiss me on the forehead.. I'm the girl who loves you for you, and doesn't care what other people say about us... I'm the girl who loves it when you introduce me to your friends as your girlfriend... I'm the girl you can take absolutely anywhere and I will (or at least try to) have fun because it means I am spending time with you... I'm the girl who loves the feeling when you take me by the hand without saying a word... SWEET HEARTED GIRLS : If you are this girl repost this saying "I'm this girl" DUDES: If you want this girl repost "I want this Girl" LUCKY BASTARDS: repost "I have this girl" UNLUCKY GUYS: repost "I had this girl, once. I want her back"' .
Pay attention to what you read. After you have finished reading it, you will know the reason it was sent to you. Here goes:
People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person. When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled , their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.
Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it, it is real. But only for a season.
LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.
Thank you for being a part of my life, whether you were a reason, a season or a lifetime.
Send this to every friend that you have on-line, including the person who sent it to you. 0 Replies - you may need to work on your "people skills" 2 Replies - you are nice but probably need to be more outgoin
