This page is a special place for my podcasting. I live in an area that seems virtually void of people who enjoy the same types of music that I do. So, what better way to share what I love than making a podcast in hopes that *start dramatic music now* somewhere, someone will appreciate all that is good about music...like British and American rock/pop/R&B from the 1960's and beyond!

Radio has always been something I've dreamed of doing, but unfortunately, very few radio stations exist these days that aren't run by playing only the certain songs or catalogs of what HAS to be played (gotta pay the bills somehow though, eh?).

Anyway this is JUST FOR FUN!! I'm not trying to be the best, nor am I trying to be the most professional in the world. I just love music! Also, I'm well aware of the sound problems and I'm working on it...learning is part of the fun.

Who I'd like to meet:
People who enjoy a wide range of music as I do. My heart does lie with a lot of British and American pop/rock from the 60's and 70's, but I've been known to enjoy tunes older and younger than those decades. Also, you gotta love those independents who are out there slugging away day after day!!

So, welcome, listen if you'd like and I'm always up for suggestions! (As long as you're nice!!)

Oh, and people who have cool podcasts. Well, this isn't really a place for straightforward advertising of it, but if you're a hip individual who has something that people might enjoy, I'm all ears!

Hey guys! Our CD received a really nice review from indie-music.com. Here's what they say: "Melodic and tight...A fine pop-rock album."

Stop by and read the whole thing. It's posted in our blog.

Love,

Wow, nobody responded... Well, for me it is a tie... Syd Barret and Hendrix.. It's really hard not to include Dylan, Davies, Lenon or MCartney... But i'm still sticking with Syd and Jimi...

Hi there Heidi. Thanks for playing "rubbleagainor" on your show. Even norwegians can't pronounce Edorf Dlojks. It sounds like some east-european name. Hahaha!!

Thanx Heidi!
If you dig that version of BOTU...
The (next) finished EP version'll be even groovier!

Been studying Bel Canto operatic technique (ala Sinatra) and blues notes, weird alien notes, etc!
Gonna cover all the bases!

Have a groovy weekend!

Hey, thank you for playing The Shovels twice in your new podcast episode. If we have a lot of luck on our side with the next album we might tour The States next year and if that's the case we'll certainly drop by in Michigan !
