Music Box is a professional recording studio based in beautiful countryside, in the middle of Glastonbury, Yeovil & Taunton, (Somerset) in the South West of England. Run by Andy (bassist with Fandangle and guitarist for Mr Zippy) the studio is set up to record all styles, but especially Punk, Rock, Ska, Metal, Indie, Funk and Acoustic!
We’re now in new premises, (most songs above recorded at the old premises, which was a single room measuring 12’ x 8’!) consisting of a massive control room, complete with sofas all round, a large live room and a vocal booth. Full off-the-road parking is available directly outside the front door, and the whole studio is on the ground floor, easing loading in and out.
We always go the extra mile here, always putting in 110% to ensure you get the best sounding production, whilst retaining a relaxed, friendly yet professional atmosphere.

As a rough guide, bands such as Feud, Kenisia, Fandangle and Junction 27 have used this PA to play to between 50 and 200 people.
We also have a Large Caravan on site, which is cheap to rent for bands, with room to sleep 6 people comfortably. Note it IS fairly basic, but has a Heater, TV & Microwave. The caravan prices include morning showers in the farmhouse beside it. Please ask for prices.
We can also help sort out cheap local accomodation both locally and in Glastonbury (where Andy lives), and the studio has the use of a Kitchen, Toilet and Internet. There is a pub and shop within walking distance, and a Tesco supermarket and towns a short drive.
We can offer evening rehearsal time for bands, enquire on "The Studio" link in our top friends.
