Musicbox is Cardiff’s longest running, most established rehearsal and recording studio facility. We have 6 rooms with 24 hour access, top quality equipment, snack shop, pro shop and the most competitive prices around.

Opening Hours: We are open from 10am til midnight, 7 days a week. We are only closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Booking Your Session: All you need to do is call us on 029 20 37 37 07 or email us with your request. If there is no answer on the phone then please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Band members Tony Garthwaite and Jacob Barlow formed the band in 2008, driven by a joint passion for both electronic music and retro synths. The music they produce can be described as electronic pop with catchy choruses and memorable riffs that are prominent in all of their songs, making them popular with a very wide audience. Following their initial success on MySpace, Static Rain continues to build a solid fan base and a strong reputation as a live act.
