'Deeprest' is Davidt Dunlop, the mind behind 'the chocolate boy' 'laura aura & the shoy shoy boy' and 'the freud and epi stories'. After la&tssb quit in 2005, Davidt Dunlop joined forces with a rubber cat puppet named 'Snaps' to create numerous musical pieces and visuals. Deeprest and Snaps star in their own 'un-comic strip' called 'Hymnself'. He is currently working on an album called 'The Gospel According To...' and has an exhibition scheduled for Early 2010 in Glasgow.
