LATOUR is the stage name of the Lowell, Massachusetts, born musician, WILLIAM LATOUR.

LATOUR was producing house music when he released his first album entitled LATOUR. He released a second album, Home on the Range, in 1993.
His initial single climbed to No. 1 on the Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart, and became a Billboard Hot 100 Top 40 hit (35) and a Top-Twenty hit in the UK Singles Chart (15).
He has had several follow-up hits on the U.S. Hot Dance chart, including
Cold, Blue, Hypnomania, Craziaskowboi and E.
LATOUR has appeared on BBC's Top of the Pops, MTV's Spring Break and Beavis and Butthead, NBC's Nightline and HBO's Sex Show. Latour found himself on CNN, MSNBC and PBS talk shows, explaining the meaning behind his controversial lyrics.
