..The music lived inside Angie and Mike decades ago, but they never quite got it together back then. Now they've reunited and their abilities and desires to make music have come back to life. Yeah, I know. You didn't come here to read a love story, but that is the real story behind ONEam. Mike was into playing music back in the late 60's and through the 70's. He actually played one gig, in 1967, as part of the Greg Cain Three. Okay, so it was a 5th grade garage band. But they sold tickets for a nickel each and played original songs. After a break up with Angie, music eventually took a back seat for Mike. Angie left Southern California and continued on with music singing throughout the greater Sacramento area in the late 70's and into the early 90's with several bands. ..The Moving Company..,.. New York..,.. Jabberwocky..,.. Heartland.., ..Lost Highway Ramblers.. and ..Stone Blue.. to name most of them. The Moving Company opened for Leif Garrett at the California State Fair in 1979. Or was that 1980? It all runs together now....... They reunited in 2002 and, after 28 years apart, everything started clicking again. For now, Mike and Angie are just looking to share their music and see what happens. Angie's brother Rene is an accomplished drummer and has come out of a musical hiatus himself. He's knocking off the rust and adding his stylised pulse to ONEam's music..... So far, ONEam's songs have been recorded using a home computer. Down the road putting a complete band together may become a reality, or a necessity, and then some professional recording will be in order... .. .. ..Please give ONEam a listen, and tell us what you think..... I use the ..myspace layout generator.. at UltimateMySpace.com......... ..The Harry Fox Agency Songfile........
