Greetings from NYC! All of you check out up and coming funk-rock band GroundSound who are about to release their highly anticipated debut CD titled Pay Attention. This powerful trio has been captivating audiences around the New York City club circuit with their electrifying blend of funk rhythms and soaring melodies, drawing comparisons to bands ranging from the Red Hot Chili Peppers to The Beatles. GroundSound is fronted by brothers Ray Soto (guitar, vocals) and Nick Soto (bass, vocals), who each wrote seven songs for the CD. Berklee College of Music alumnus Jon Carlucci rounds out the group on drums. Three-time Grammy winning engineer Phil Magnotti mixed and mastered the 14 original tracks on Pay Attention.
