Inspired by the club sound of Berlin Jackson Herbert got totally loose from musical forces and together with moodorama they created this outstanding EP: “Steroid” - a low riding track and “Bazooka circus” - a tribute to house music.
This EP shows that he is able to cope with all influences like reggae, hip hop, blues, jazz, funk & soul. His favorite drummachines and synths are the electribes series from Korg, elektron machinedrum / monomachine and Akai Mpc.
If you ask him how he got to making music you just get the simple answer: “From partying it up”!
The love of celebrating always makes him get out of the deepest Bavaria to travel to Berlin. Especially to clubs like the Watergate, the Tresor, the Club der Visionäre, the Sternradio and so on.
It was totally normal for him to listen first and then make something good out of what he heard. He worked while smoking all night and finally all those music ideas appeared.
He said he had never learned to play any instruments and that’s why the computer is his tool of expression. Sounds that go through your stomach first and then you can feel them in your legs.
Jackson Herbert convinces without being crazy or being cuckoo. Words are rather smoke and mirrors. Don’t expect anything, then you’ll get everything. And this is only a fortaste of a real kick-ass album.

Tricatel. Inc "2002 - 2008" (CD)
Tricatel Inc. finally breaks loose with their first full length album 2002-2008 out on music for collapsing people. Tricatel Inc. is a collaboration of Martin Sennebogen aka moonchild, founder and mastermind of the moodorama collective, Marco Koestler aka Vincent, multi instrumentalist and composer, who is always on the prowl for some fresh and new sounds and Bernhard Frank, addicted to high quality music production and the one, who completes this triumvirate.
After their first spin off in 2002 with No samba me criei being featured exclusively on the label compilation brazilectro, this track hits the floors massively. Due to large demand especially from France and the United States a 12" of No samba me criei was issued and got a huge hypnotic remix treatment by Hacienda.
Now, after a long period of different sound projects and various exclusive music productions this collective releases their unique full length album 2002-2008. The eclectic tracks were composed in Germany, at the Gardalake in Italy and at some quiet fjord in Norway.
All in all a fresh album with different flavor snippets - yes, you will taste them. The melodies are simple and beautiful while the orchestral arrangements surprise and overwhelm the listener in a very pleasent way. As a special addition, the moodorama crew did a naughty remix on Friday night. Again working with many acclaimed musicians and singers, managed to win praised singer and songwriter Strangejah Cole to lend his dignified vocals for the track Alright who, in 1962, gave freed republic Jamaica the first Ska and Reggae songs ever.

Here he comes - long time label's favourite "Vincent" has signed to mfcp for his premiere album. Known from his fantastic composer, piano and vocal work for various projects (e.g. moodorama, King Banana) he will present an outstanding album full of minimalistic jazz vibes and cinematographical elements.
Raised in a cathedral choir school he early started with his passion for classical music and extravaganza on the one hand and modern electronic sounds and influences on the other hand.
Soon he became co-producer of the successful moodorama collective and started further musical projects with totally different music styles, for instance with King Banana, a huge live performing Reggae Band - and he will always be addicted to new musical dimensions. So watch out...
