music.for.headphones; at least that's what they call it. more a reference to jonathan allen's techniques as an engineer than to the band, but the band is more of a philosophy than one of principle. but the philosophy is a principle that is executed, however, on tape as well as stage. sometimes it assaults you like the finest of shoegaze bliss, the raw power of 60's garage, or the jangly sounds of the paisley underground. mostly, its all that at the same time with an under current that is equally seated in manchurian post punk, rio bossa and the repetition of kraut. music.for.headphones.
