My ultimate goal for this "Musicians for Change" page is to get musicians together that support Progressive Democrats. One idea that comes to mind is a compilation album of original music (of all genres) that we can distribute on-line via progressive weblogs on the HUGE progressive blogosphere. I'm a music producer myself and I own my own recording studio and specialize in audio editing and mastering. Putting together a quality CD complete with graphics would be no problem at all. Is anyone interested in submitting original music to support the cause?
I'm aiming at having all songs together by the time the primary elections kick off in January of 2008.

I have been meeting and speaking with key backers ever since this investment thing got going, explaining John McCain is not for regulating the investment business. Not even on a slow day in his old brain does he think such thoughts. Look, I have been telling them, John has been dead set against all regulating ever since coming to Washington. I reassure them he has just using tough regulation talk to get elected. That once he is in the Oval Office, he will be back backing my Bush economic game plan again. I have built my economic miracle over the last 7 years on risk takers taking big risks for big gains and predicated it on no government do-gooders sticking their snots into Wall Street books, derivatives, and other stuff like that. John knows that is the way to succeed and so does Sarah: that is what I as leader of the Republican Party have been telling the good old boys all week.

The polls are all saying Sarah Palin is not qualified to be President. That is nothing but purely pointless worrying on the part of too many folks. Look at me, when people elected me President I was no more experienced in foreign intrigues or domestic stuff than Sarah is. Yet I produced the economic miracle we are all living through. Americans shouldn’t worry. If something bad should happen to John McCain lobbyists and key party guys like the Vice President and me would step in and help lead Sarah to ever greater economical heights.

At the Olympics last week, the one in Beijing, I looked deep into Vladimir Putin’s eyes and told him I might not be able to control John McCain after he becomes President after me, if Russia continued warring in Georgia the Republic. Now look what my diplomacy did. The Russians have declared a ceasefire and are setting up a DMZ just like we did in Korea. Hot damn diplomacy sure is fun with a macho like John McCain working for you!

McCain supports my Iraq War all the way. He is even planning to restore the Draft just as soon as we get him elected. That way he will have the troops needed to salvage my accomplished mission and to stay the course for 100 years. I have been personally contacting every media outlet I could find and still the mainstream media has completely ignored the story. Many independent media outlets have covered it, but the only independent outlet that has actually published one of the photos is the national Black newspaper, The SF Bay View (click here).
This is just the latest episode in a long history of corporate media bias (and arguably racism) towards Mumia and other political prisoners.
