    Musicians On Call, a nonprofit organization formed in 1999, brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in healthcare facilities.
    Musicians On Call uses music to promote and complement the healing process for patients, families, and caregivers.

About me:

Musicians On Call is happy to announce the launch of our second national chapter in Miami/South Florida!
 
We will have Bedside Performance Programs at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in Hollywood, FL and at South Miami Hospital, part of the Baptist Health South Florida System.
 
We are looking for volunteer guides and musicians who live in the area - you can apply here or contact our Miami/South Florida Program Director Michelle Klinger at michelle@musiciansoncall.org.

Thanks to generous donations from so many of you, we have exceeded our goal of $10,000 and raised over $18,000!! We set out with a goal to raise enough funds to continue a program for one year, and have raised enough to fund a program for almost two years! Thank You!!

    June 20,2009 The Quincy Mumford is performingf a local concert in Howell, NJ at the southard grange

    Doors open at 6 show starts at 7

    this is an all ages concert 10$ a ticket And a donation of a canned good is welcome all the donations will be going towards the local food pantry.

    The band has headlined at the stone pony,played on nick, plays at surf taco constantly, headlined at the surf relief foundation , plays at the lake house and is opn itunes and many more places.

    Thanks for the add. How can we get a chapter in Virginia? I am a healthcare administrator/musician, and work for a large healthcare organization that has hospitals,nursing homes, retirement centers and serves over 3000 patients, residents and participants. My wife and I would love to get something going in this area with your organization.

    I picked up my lil' brown bear tonight while shopping at Bloomingdales and I witnessed 2 other people buying one too! They also happen to be on sale now for $13 and change. Make sure to buy your bear while they still have them for sale!
