Two major passions of my life are country music and line dancing. I have been line dancing since May 2001 and I go as often as I can .... usually at least five days a week. I attend jazz & blues, folk and country music and line dance festivals which are within easy travelling distance of my home in Cheshire, UK.
I recently started to learn how to build websites and I have a website www.bird-walk.com dedicated to line dancing fans of Jack Blanchard and Misty Morgan.
Music
My first love is country music but I also like bluegrass, some jazz and blues, folk and a very few of the better pop songs.
Movies
Rarely see them.
Television
The occasional detective or medical drama, some documentaries and science programmes.
Books
I read mainly magazines both paper and on-line .... mostly to do with music and line dancing .... and Readers Digest.
About me: I am a young at heart, active pensioner with three grown up sons and two daughter-in-laws. My first grandchild arrived on July 14th 2007. Her name is Klara Philomena.
Who I'd like to meet: Other fans of Jack Blanchard and Misty Morgan particularly from the UK. Also country music lovers and line dancers.
I had a simply lovely day with you yesterday. I hope you are enjoying yourself immensely in Nashville. It was so much fun seeing you again. You haven't changed a day since I saw you last. I tried calling you today (Wednesday)but your cell must have been off. I'll try again tomorrow. Hugs, Arlene Faith
good morning Mo, here I am at last. was wonderful meeting you again, at Breckland festival, had a wonderful time, thank you for every thing, take care, love, June.
Great to hear from you again .. hope all is well with you.
Sounds like you're still out there .. doing your thing. I'm quite envious of your weekend at the Norfolk festival and I imagine you've got loads of folk to look-up when you're over in the States.
We have got a fantastic crowd of good-hearted folk following us in Atlantic Canada and we're just over the moon to be able to do a mini-tour over there.
I'm sure we'll be sharing our exploits with all of our friends in the UK when we get back home.
Hope we manage to cross paths somewhere out there soon.
My,it has been a long time since I've visited you on myspace! I thought I'd do a bit of catching up this evening. Hope all is well, thinking of you. Keep your chin up, girlfriend!

Hi Mo, The bad news is that the Cowboy Outfit aren't performing at the Nantwich festival this year. The good news is that three of us will be performing in the newly-reformed Winchesters, fronted by Swing Commanders vocalist Peter O' Reilly. We're on at the Railway on Easter Monday 1-3 pm. Hope you can make it. Check out www.myspace.com/thewinchesterscrackpotkings All the best, Horace
