A National Music Development Program
Background

For the past 6 years Musicoz has been developing the music industry at the grass roots level by seeking out, recognising and encouraging the talents of unsigned and independent artists and providing them with much needed development support and opportunities as they carve out their careers.

In 2005 there were well over 100 radio interviews monitored throughout the year reaching an average listening audience of over ½ million listeners.
Since 2003 the National Musicoz Awards TV special has been broadcast on national television including: WIN, NBN, Imparja, SBS, Channel [V] and Aurora.
Musicoz also produces a weekly 30-minute TV show that airs nationally on Foxtel/Austar’s Aurora channel.
The Musicoz website receives in excess of 1 million hits per year. This will increase dramatically as we implement our online strategies for the website.
Supplementary to the above, Musicoz represents itself through showcases at live venues in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. These events serve to physically bring the artists and the public together.
