I'm a Norwegian woman - twenty something - who is totally a blog-a-holic and yes, well, a music-a-holic as well. Then what a lucky thing that I can have my own music blog!
I try to update my music blog every day and right now I'm successful at it. And this September my blog will celebrate its first anniversary. So because I love music I see no reason why I should quit my music blog now, instead I will try to upgrade it and be a bit more serious about it.
Mainly I enjoy indie rock, folk, pop and jazz (as you will see when you look at my blog and my friends list here).
In my blog I have made a promise to myself that I will only (ok, with some exceptions) publish music videos that either the record label, the artists or the directors themselves have uploaded. This makes music blogging a whole lot more difficult. But I love a challenge!
However:
I just can't figure out why record labels, artists or directors are so obsessed with disabling the embedding on their videos. Why can't they just think of it as free promotion? There are so many music blogs and other blogs out there waiting to promote you. When you disable the embedding you miss out on the chance of free promotion.
- So, what do you say?

- Yes, that's correct: "I will not disable embedding".
