The Musikfest story...
The year was 1984, and in the picturesque city of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, a grassroots music festival was born.
Now 20 plus years later, Musikfest is still going strong- featuring over 300 performances annually, during the festival's 10 day run.
A staple of the Lehigh Valley's entertainment calendar and a pillar in the arts and cultural offerings of the region, Musikfest remains one of the world's largest FREE music festivals.
Musikfest 2008 takes place Aug. 1 - 10.
