Worst Gigs: - When the P.A. was shagged at a benefit gig so we couldnt play, but we went back two months later with our own rig and we nailed it.
Funny Moments; Breaking in and out of Free Festivals and Squats to play live !!?? Believe !!
Disasters: - Not Quite! We went to Bristol to play a gig at a free Squat Party that got raided by 50 coppers in riot gear before the party had even got started. Fortunately the Squatters were game, so the front doors were barricaded by the squatters and as the police tried to batter their way in through the barricade we all sneaked out of the back door in small groups and escaped via a building site next to the squat. We emerged safe to find the street in front of the squat full of fifty riot police and about three hundred hopeful partygoers waiting for the party to get started.

Thanks for joining Riki's site. I am Blondy, I run this site for Riki. He is a wonderful, humble man. Has an awesome guitar talent, similiar to his cousin Jimi. But with his own style and personality. He watches this page and sees all of the wonderful new friends coming on. Peace and 1love! Blondy
As you may or may not be aware SoundARC hold a charity gig every year at Club 85 in Hitchin in aid of the Garden House Hospice in Letchworth, and this year we are going to try something a little different from previous years.
This year we are going to take over the club and host 37 acts in one weekend putting full bands upstairs and acoustic acts downstairs in an event that we are calling ARCfest!
It all starts on Friday 4th December at 7pm and then continues on through Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th from 12pm-11pm
As well as raising money for the Garden House Hospice in Letchworth, ARCfest will showcase all the different genres of bands that we at SoundARC have come across over the last 4 and a half years. Over this weekend a lot of the acts that you will see don’t get a chance to play a great local venue like Club 85, So as well as hearing new music you will see all manors of genres and styles from acoustic - Metal - Indie - Rock - Punk - Electro - Ska - Funk - Hip Hop/Rap - Alternative - Rhythm & Blues - Reggae - Grunge and loads more that I cant remember!

You boys are in trouble! It's come to light that your expenses include 2 million on scotch, 4 million on entertaining women of dubious pedigree and heaven only knows how much on items that cannot be mentioned here.....You'll have to pay it back as it's not fair on me....I've already had to pay back ten times more than you simply because I allowed my Lear Jet to be hired by Cracked Actors for a gig in the Bahamas and now I find it's been ten times around the world and used for binge drinking parties!! You naughty boys will have to get your big fat cheque books out to reimburse poor Bertie!!!! If you were not such a fantastic band I might send the Heavies around to sort you out!!
