We are Mississippi Valley Paranormal, based in Clinton, IA and covering Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois, including the Quad Cities.
Our purpose is to collect and compare data that will lead to a better understanding of the paranormal. In the process of pursuing that goal, we also wish to aid any individuals having issues dealing with or understanding a paranormal situation. We hope to do this by educating them as to the nature of their situation and giving them the information and understanding to create a livable resolution. We will also assist people who cannot live with their situations and, if necessary, put them in contact with trained professionals who can assist them. We are open minded to all theories and methods as the paranormal field is still a disputed science; as such, everyone in the field of paranormal research learns as they go.
Founders include Bryce Carlson, Becky Reid and Rick Reid. Present trained investigators include Becky Reid, Bryce Carlson, Stephanie Adams, Sarah Knowlton, Diana Smith, Sally Jacobs, and Steve Danielsen. There are several investigators in training.
