Hello-----Audio moonshine is a rock band based out of the land of "Spud-Rock." Here in Boise we have some great music, great people, and the greatest football team. At least everyone agrees with one of those statements. We've had some great experiences as musicians and have played close to 500 shows. Not to mention sharing the stage with artists such as Collective Soul, Built to Spill, Sugarland, Roger Clyne & the Peacemakers, Fastball, Phantom Planet, Big Head Todd & The Monsters, The Samples, Tori Amos, Michael Franti & Spearhead, The BoDeans, Emerson Drive, Leftover Salmon, Cherry Poppin' Daddies, moe, REO speedwagon, Ani Difranco, Widespread Panic, Fishbone, Los Lobos, The Fabulous ThunderBirds, Meryl Saunders, Young Dubliners, Calobo, Carbon Leaf, Great White, Ben Lee, Clumsy Lovers, Jackie Greene, and Jon Nemeth to name a few. We even got to play at the South-by-Southwest Festival in Austin, TX. Not to mention prior sponsorships by Budweiser and Bose. We've just released our first Record, "Let's be..." and the songs feature some of our friends Kelly Martin, Rebecca Gourley, Rebecca Scott, Steve Fulton, Jason Roark, David Andrews, Larry Kiser, Dan Costello, Christine Thomas & Stephen "the Fritz" Mathie. We're hoping to create something diverse and unique. That being said, we really have a hard time putting a "genre" on these tunes. We call ourselves Rock, Alt. Country, Americana, or Classic. We would rather just be the Bastard sons of Tom Petty genre. Because we listen to and respect so many different kinds of music, we hope that's reflected in ours.......So for now, we'll call it Spud Rock!! CHECK OUT THE NEW ALBUM AND ALL THE GUEST MUSICIAN PROFILES (BELOW)
