Mike Sulu were able to establish itselves with their brilliant digital releases (Bacteria Records) at the electronically oriented audience. "Insects On Ice" - their first vinyl release - stands before. Soft deep chords are in correspondence with synth fragments. Short, minimal melody arms turn slightly out to the tribal touch of the original songs. The bongos are the forefront. A real voyage of discovery! But this is only after repeated listening revealed to the audience!
Bjoern Nafe turns with his remix towards BIG FLOOR! The classic electro elements, 4/4 beats and a fat bass run are steadily built until every branch on the tree is sawed off! Unlike the original Bjoern Nafe has removed all tribal elements. At the beginning of the track a warm bass wave awaits you, which is up to the middle of the track rather modest, but then there is no more "sitting still" for the audience!

Mike Sulu haben sich mit ihren genialen Digital Releases (Bacteria Records) beim elektronisch orientierten Publikum etablieren können. Mit „Insects On Ice“ steht das erste Vinyl Release bevor. Weiche deepe Chords stehen im Wechsel mit Synth-Fragmenten. Kurze, minimal gehaltene Melodiebögen weichen dem leicht tribalen Touch des Original Songs. Die Bongos stehen im Vordergrund. Eine echte Entdeckungsreise, die sich aber erst nach mehrmaligem Anhören dem Zuhörer offenbart!
Bjoern Nafe greift mit seinem Remix in Richtung BIG FLOOR! Die klassischem Electro Elemente, 4/4 Beats und ein fetter Basslauf bauen sich stetig auf, bis jeder Ast am Baum abgesägt ist! Anders als das Original hat Bjoern Nafe sämtliche tribalen Elemente entfernt. Zu Beginn des Tracks erwartet dich eine warme Basswelle, die sich bis zur Mitte des Tracks eher verhalten zeigt, danach aber gibt es für das tanzende Publikum kein Halten mehr!

DJ D.U.N.E. has forged with "The Heat Is On" a really hot iron for the coming winter months. Our label has fortunately never determined to a single sound style.
The original track "The Heat Is On" uses rhythmical sounds from the groovy oldschool house times, more than it is currently the case. Not only Minimal, neither bugging nor squeaking sounds in the original track. Fat basses and a real oldschool sound, a bit similar to the legendary sounds of Frank De Wulfs incredible "THE B SIDES 12 " in the early 90s. True Dancefloor Rave signals, without being pushy or too cheap! 100% House!
It’s a Big Room track with recognition value. DJ Danny Freakazoid has taken care of this track and produced a fantastic remix. A never ending tension, without feeling lost in the endless lengths of delays, Danny picks up the essence of the track and plays the existing elements, as if it were a statement: Zurich House is still alive! His striking basses are incredibly exciting almost through the reduction of individual sounds. Danny Freakazoid was surprised about his own mix! The remix was written by Tokyo Sub. This trio has delivered the REMIX OF ITS LIFE! This is not a cheap, bold statement as the daily advertising promises, it's the absolute truth! The bass has been completely revised; the samples of the voice are pitched and transposed. Less is more.

DJ D.U.N.E. hat mit "The Heat Is On" ein wirklich heisses Eisen für die kommenden Wintermonate geschmiedet. Unser Label hat sich glücklicherweise nie auf einen einzigen Stil festgelegt. Um so mehr freuen wir uns Euch die aktuellste Produktion vorstellen zu dürfen. Der Original Track "The Heat Is On" bedient sich rhythmisch an groovigere House Zeiten, als dies momentan der Fall ist. Fette Bässe und ein echter Oldschool Sound, angelehnt den legendären Sounds von Frank De Wulfs fantastischen “THE B SIDES" in den frühen 90er. Echte Dancefloor Rave Signals, ohne dabei billig oder penetrant zu wirken.
DJ Danny Freakazoid hat sich dem Track angenommen und einen tollen Remix hingelegt. Ein nie enden wollender Spannungsbogen, ohne sich aber dabei komplett in den endlosen Weiten der Echowelt zu verlieren, greift Danny nach der Essenz des Tracks und spielt den vorhandenen Elementen, als wäre es ein Statement: Zürich House Is Still Alive! Seine markanten Bässe kommen durch das Reduzieren einzelner Sounds unglaublich schwungvoll rüber. Danny Freakazoid war selber über seinen Remix höchst erfreut! Ein weiterer Mix stammt aus der Feder von Tokyo Sub. Das Trio hat den REMIX IHRES LEBENS abgeliefert! Dies ist keine plakative Aussage wie es uns die Werbung tagtäglich verspricht, es ist die reine Wahrheit! Der Bass wurde komplett überarbeitet, die Samples der Stimme gepitched und transponiert. Auch hier galt das Motto: Weniger ist mehr.

Since a long time, Andi Thoma, Stefan Müller and Ralph Grieco are working together
in music business. Should it be as DJ, producer or studio - engineer. Their musical
roots lie clearly in the 80's.
TOKYO SUB, they wove with much love for the detail, extremely sensitively gentle,
nearly already chill out seeming sound-carpets, together with minimal beats. It’s
creaking and beeping, vocal parts are floating around, between deep basses and
highly transparent, finely structured, nearly transparent synthesizer-fragments. Beats
kept at a moderate velocity, but despite everything absolutely dance floor suited.
Minimal in its unspent, absolutely TOKYO SUB own interpretation! This 3 tracker is a
real Must Have!

Wer nicht ans Openair Frauenfeld gehen will, für den haben wir eine Alternative, und zwar mit einem "Mega-Feinkost-Grill". Gemacht für ein älteres Publikum (ab ca. 25 Jahre), dem nettes Beisammensein ebenso wichtig ist wie schweisstreibende Rhythmen mit diversen Nationalen und Internationalen bekannten DJ’s. Ausserdem für all diejenigen, welche gerne zum kalten Drink noch eine herzerwärmende Lagerfeuer-Romantik geniessen möchten. Da Petrus höchstpersönlich das Patronat für diese Party übernommen hat, ist das schöne Wetter inbegriffen. Bar und Grill sind vorhanden, so dass niemand etwas selber mitbringen muss.
