Since My Beloved Hatred hit the St. Louis metal scene in 2003, they have proven themselves to be on of the areas strongest forces.
Drawing influences from all facets of punk, hardcore and metal, My Beloved Hatred is a powerful blend of well executed guitar harmonies, blistering double bass, and hardcore punk aggression.
Their first single, “Manufactured Consent” was featured on Mancuso Productions “Daily Grind Skate Video” in 2004 and proceeded to receive regular rotation on KPNT 105.7 the Point’s Local Show, followed by 2005’s “Fabrication of Redundancy in an Inert State of Lies” featuring newcomer Matt Zulpo on drums.
My Beloved Hatred is fueled by a powerful political message embedded in vocalist and guitarist Gabe Dalay’s lyrics focusing on political corruption and media control in America as showcased in songs like, “The Lying Years,” “The Fifth Freedom,” and “Manufactured Consent.”
Gabe’s message is supported by his detailed melodic interaction between band founder Tony Caraffa and new addition Randi Kranz.
My Beloved Hatred will go in to the studio later this year to do a second session of recordings for the independent release of their debut full length, “the Chomsky Effect”
