About me: Well... I've lived in TN my whole life. I have a kind of Southern pride unrelated to pick-up trucks, rebel flags, and ignorance but completely akin to butter beans & corn bread, and steamy evenings immersed in a bourbon fog. Still trying to figure out what I want to be when I'm grown. The most important thing to know about me is that I don't have any shame.
I believe in: a good PBR buzz on Sunday morning. Warm fuzzy animals. Laughing out loud as hard as you can stand. Liberal politics. Doing what you can when you can do it. The mystery of grief. The strength of my mother.
I live in Memphis with my wonderful, intelligent, hilarious husband. He takes beautiful pictures. Why don't you hire him? I try to live a moderately healthy life, spiked by a little too much to drink. I love the trappings of white trash America and living in this city.
Who I'd like to meet: Lovely interesting people who like to watch good films, drink and dabble, and would like to have some damned fun. With me. Also my dead great-grandmother who rode around the neighborhood on her horse birthing babies, Paula Deen, Jerri Blank, and Ketch Secor. Lord God hon!
As well as...

I'm quite busy subbing almost everyday. I have one class on Wed. nights and four online courses. I'll tell you, with the online courses, you really have to keep up. But, they're mostly freshman courses...some I've already taken but wouldn't transfer 'cause they didn't take anything from mort. school, so it's nothing too intense. Try to keep afloat. I'm sure you'll do fabulously.
