Q : What's a COMIC BOX ?
A : COMIC BOX is not a box full of stand-up comedians. It's a magazine 100% dedicated to American comic-books.
Q : How old are you ?
A : COMIC BOX was founded in february 1998 though the first issue didn't came out until July that same year.Oh, there ws a crappy #0, but nobody wants to see that thing. I burnt all copies left.
Q : Where can I find COMIC BOX ?
A : Actually, you can find it in newsstands and comic shops in France and all French speaking countries. 100 pages, squarebound, 6.50 euros. It's bimonthly.
Q : How come it's about American comics and it's not even readable in english ?
A : Irony. You gotta love it. Don't you agree ? Let me put it that way : we'd love to have Comic Box published in english. Whoever wants it too, raise your hands…

Bonjour , j ' ai longtemps réfléchi vis à vis de votre participation à cette chose insultante qui est ce '' Technikart hors série Geek '' , ComicBox est avec Mad Movies l ' un des plus sérieux piliers de notre communauté , vous faites de très bon articles , vous posez de très bonne questions , puis sort en kiosque cette chose ... on ne va pas dire que je me sente '' trahi '' , mais comme pas mal de geek j ' ai fais mes armes dans les comics book en tong et short en gravissant l ' Everest DC / Marvel / Dark Horse . Attention , je ne suis pas contre une initiation pour le grand public envers le comic book ( je préfère que quelqu ' un lise du Warren Ellis ou du Grant Morrisson que du Stephenie Meyer ) mais bon votre article « viens dans mon comic book « est plus proche de Blédina que de vos articles de références habituelle , vous allez me répondre qu ' il ya un certain nombre de préjugé négatif envers le comic book , je vous répondrais qu ' il en est de même pour Monteverdi ou Gustav Mahler concernant la musique car le '' le grand public '' trouve sa trop compliqué .
Heureusement qu ' est sortie votre hors série Watchmen qui est très bien comme d ' habitude .
Juste pour te dire qu'on est en concert au POINT EPHEMERE mercredi 4 fevrier !! (200 quai de valmy Paris 10eme - Metro : Jaures / Louis Blanc / Gare de l'Est) avec "Nous non plus" (New-York) et "Film noir" (Paris) la soiree commence a 20h avec les punchy new-yorkais !
