For me, maybe like some of you, being a teenager was anything but pleasant. From anxiety about school, friends, peer pressure, family life, not liking – or even knowing – who I really was, to worrying about not fitting in, my teen years were filled with feelings of confusion, frustration and self-doubt.

Spirited Youth is a organization for and about girls, founded by me, Debra Beck in 2005. Its mission is to help young girls have a better sense of who they and make better decisions in all areas of life by learning how to love themselves and becoming empowered with self-esteem.
Self esteem is connected to having integrity. If we low self esteem, we make bad decisions. If we don't have integrity, we lack in our sense of sense
