Influences
Every member brings their own inspirations to the table, ranging from Pink Floyd and Spiritualized all the way to Jello Biafra and the Misfits. There is really a time and a place for everything(and it’s called college). It all depends on what the song is about.
Sounds Like
Pink Floyd mostly because of their inventing/mastery of the concept album. They also used an array of different genres and instrumentations to make their point. My Fellow Traveller just uses more extreme examples, going from reggae to classical to punk all back to back. They always choose the genre that fits that concept.
My Fellow Traveller is almost done with it's debut CD, Misery Becomes Wisdom. We are finishing up our final mixing tweaks and can't wait to send it to be mastered at Clue Blue Studios (www.reynoldsaudio.com).
Every member of the band has risen the bar so far that George had to do a lot of recomposing to bring the string arrangements up to the new level of confidence and power.

Hello, My Fellow Traveller! How's things? We have a show at the Hawthorne Theatre this Wednesday at 8pm :) It will be a ska-tastic night, hope to see you there!
Come watch us play an ass kicking set of wizard rock wearing nothing but a cape and a flaming electric guitar.(maybe some socks) The puppet show with sex crazed unicorns doing battle with flying witches high on teenage sugar wolf pills will surely add to the excitement.
Just a reminder about our upcoming show! We would love to see you here...

What up Fellas! The music still sounds Georgeous! (my new fav word) Please finish soon the world is falling apart and needs the support your album offers!
It was a blast, as always, hangin' out with guys last night. Love all the giggling. You sounded fabulous as well. I have sexy pictures & a small video of you boys. Lets talk about how I get them to you. xoxo Trix
Very cool music, makes me think about Frank Zappa and Pink floyd of course. You have also achived a great old/new sound, with those pink vocal armonies and synth fx. Subjetively Act 2 part 2: beatiful middle part.
Im glad you liked my music! yea i usually compose what it comes in the moment, good or bad i dont know :) hope we can stay in touch. Greetings from Argentina. Nico.
Seriously now, Why doesn't the whole world stop what they are doing five times a day, face Portland and praise George and the crew for making the most "insert favorite hyperbolic-like adjective here" music the world has ever heard!!!! Future civilizations will be governed by the truths they have uncovered musically!! One last thing where does "dance monkey dance" come from, my 3 year old nephew said it the other day unprompted, he has never heard your tunes, have you uncovered a thread in the fabric of the universe? What was it made of? I want an answer!
Dance Monkey Dance!!! Can't wait for the album!! Dude we are way too good of friends for you to exclude me from your top friends, I know tis but a small oversight on your part, alas, it is the twisting of the knife in my side!
